2:30 pm - Big 4
2:45 pm - Abercorn

Please get on the same bus for drop off at the end of the night. Bus will be collecting at 11:00pm from the venue carpark.

The bus will NOT wait around so make sure you are outside at the above pick up times.

There is NO drinking or smoking allowed on the bus.

There is parking available onsite. Please refer to the map on the ‘Schedule’ page or clink the link below to a pinned location of the parking on Google Maps.

Your presence on our special day is the best gift of all. However, if you wish to contribute to a fund going towards furnishing our new home. A wishing well will be available at the reception.

While we love your little ones, we have decided to have an adults only wedding with the exception of immediate family.
However, children are welcome to come to the Saturday party!

The invitation extends to the guests named on the invitation envelope.

If you’re wondering what to wear, please visit the attire section of the website.
Dress code is ‘formal garden cocktail’. Suggested is for women to wear maxi or midi dresses (below the knee) and men to wear a summer suit. The weather in Mudgee in November is typically hotter and later in the night the weather will cool, for women it is suggested to bring a shawl. The ceremony and canapes will be on lawn, therefore try avoid stilettos.

The ceremony commence at 3:00pm sharp, if you are not taking the provided transportation, please ensure you arrive to the venue prior to 2:45pm.

Reception will conclude around 11:30pm.

There will be recovery day event on Saturday the 16th of November, the day after the wedding.
Children will be welcome to attend the event.

Both the ceremony and reception are at Blue Wren Farm, Mudgee.
The ceremony and cocktail hour will be partially undercover but mostly outside the reception will be indoors.

We ask you are present and in the moment with us during our ceremony, therefore please refrain from taking images/videos during the ceremony.

You are more than welcome to take as many photos/videos that you wish, following the ceremony.
